Sometimes products can stop working or not work as well as they should, that's why we offer warranty on all products ordered from our website. Our priority is to keep you moving.
Manual products
Manual products include rollators, three wheel walkers and wheelchairs.
Motion Healthcare manual products have 2 years' manufacturer warranty.
All other manual products have a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Powered products
Powered products include mobility scooters and power wheelchairs.
All powered mobility solutions ordered from Mobility Confidence come with a 12-month comprehensive warranty cover. This includes parts, repairs and up to three call-outs to your home address so you can be assured that we will keep you moving if you run into any issues.
What happens if you have an issue with your product
If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us.
We will ask some questions to make an assessment. Sometimes faults can be fixed over the phone. If not, we will explain what will happen next and estimated timescales.
Terms and conditions
- The manufacturer's parts warranty terms and conditions will be followed.
- If you sell the product, you can not transfer the warranty to another owner.
