All powered mobility solutions ordered from Mobility Confidence come with a 12-month comprehensive engineer warranty cover. This includes parts, repairs and up to three call-outs to your home address so you can be assured that we will keep you moving if you run into any issues. If you encounter an issue, please contact us.

Delivery options

  • Free delivery - your order delivered in the box to your kerbside within 2-5 working days. You will need to assemble the product and dispose of all the packaging.

  • Engineer delivery - your order will be delivered to your room of choice at the delivery address. The engineer will assemble the powered product, provide a demonstration and dispose of the packaging. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days and costs £100 excluding VAT.

The compact & slim-line style offers plenty of legroom yet it is still extremely robust with generous turning manoeuvrability, making it ideal for everyday use.

Each available in two eye catching colours with appealing features including easy access tiller charging & delta handle bar plus the all-round suspension offers added comfort. When taking apart, the split battery pack is also a real advantage. It comes with front & rear LED lights maximising visibility, giving you both confidence & support wherever you go. Available with solid puncture proof or pneumatic tyres - the choice is yours!
